Brenta marks the first Toscano cigar made entirely with Havana Dark Air Cured tobacco, aged for three to five years before production. Unlike fire-cured tobacco, the air-curing process allows the leaves to naturally lose moisture and chlorophyll, preserving their authentic flavors and aromatic complexity. After rolling, each cigar undergoes a second fermentation in climate-controlled rooms before resting for an additional six months, allowing the blend to fully mature and develop its refined character.
